New regional planning schemes being finalised.

The southern councils are in the process of finalising their new planning schemes. These will affect the zoning of many properties and how the land can be developed. Each council has a copy of the draft planning scheme available on their web sites. It is expected that the new planning schemes will be effective later this year or early 2014.
